MEET THE DOUGH SLINGERS

We’re Brittany & Brennan Grosvenor! We met after college while living downtown Chicago. Our families are from the NW suburbs (Crystal Lake & Algonquin) and grew up eating square cuts. We’ve brought our dog West along for the ride to Oregon, and can’t wait to share our Chicago + Midwestern styles with the PNW.

PROOF is a midwestern-inspired company that is committed to providing a friendly and approachable team that enables the community and wanderlusts to learn about, and experience, food styles typically seen in the Chicagoland region.
